Those are generic lasers made by a company in China called KOLO.
They are way underspec. That thing is probably around 150-200mW.
Get a Laser Power Meter and measure it.

KOLO? Never heard of them. Crap, I hope your not right about the underpowered thing, then again i got this on Ebay so I wouldn't be suprised. Luckily I didnt pay too much for it...
Do you think $160 for a 150-200mW is still a fair price? Or do you think I got ripped?

You got ripped...
I charge $160 for a 250-300mW laser with a genuine sony Open Can diode.
That laser uses the same diode as the DX200, which is the long closed can, AKA the phasor diode.
It is a fairly good diode, but maxes out at around 200mW...
So, not as good as an open can.

23 seconds because of three reasons.
1. low batteries at the time
2. I spent freakin forever messing with the focus. thinking of pulling this video and redoing it. (surely u have the same problem with the focus on the DX laser)
3. I did NOT use a sharpie on the match. so it is red tipped. (since red color means it absorbs everything but red, my laser is naturally going to take longer being a red laser, with a green this would have been much faster)
