  • @alsouthstuff, finally my inquiries about that issue have come to a happy end. The title of the tune is "The Syncopated Walk". It belongs to the Irving Berlin's musical revue "Watch Your Step", opened on December 8th 1914 at the New Amsterdam Theatre of Broadway. The refrain goes: "Look at 'em doin' it! Look at 'em doin' it! / That syncopated walk / Look at 'em doin' it! Look at 'em doin' it! / I know who introduced it, etc.".

  • @cenutriox I would like to know also!!

  • Could you please tell me the title of the song?

  • Where did the sound come from? I understand that it wasn't the original, but was it made specifically for this film? It seems appropriate.

  • Josephine BAKER était une femme remarquable !

La reine des "Folies Bergères" à Paris

  • my grandmother was in the Revues sadly i didnt hear much about it from her she died when i was 10

  • Whoow color in the art deco age that is rare, though more common on the pastel style posters and advertisments that are in color from the age.

  • Impressive!

  • LOL A silent musical...

  • Wonderful, I have actually been meaing to get this but I blow my money on other stuff (books) so fast... great color!
