I am shamed that this man is supposedly representing me and that all of the board members aren't confronting, but conceding to, his jaded mentality.
What does "We're in America" mean? To me, it means that a county as diverse as Collin should have representatives that will not succumb to prejudice and exclusionary practices. To me, it means that people should be respected and not belittled for lack of English skills.
