This is a review for my Schecter C7Fr that I got a year ago. Just me giving my thoughts on it and talking about why I like it. If I left anything out or if you have a question feel free to leave a comment. Constructive criticism is always welcome but if you just want to be mean for no reason then your comment will be removed.

  • A quick question - how did it come tuned out of the ' box ' was it to standard or a semi-tone flat?

  • @spenser330 It was "semi-tone flat" out of the box. Came with 10- gauge strings

  • @slot2

That is the beginning of "Seasons Unite" by Orphaned Land. Thanks for watching

  • Petrucci fan much? Hehe. Nice review, great examples, makes me want one now. Thanks for the vid!

  • Can you examine the inalys? I got mine and some of my inlays have a "dimple" or a pinhole it looks like something from the manufacturaing process

  • I just ordered this in satin red. It actually comes in Eflat with 10s? Thats surprising, are you sure? I thought it came with 9's and standard.

  • Would you reccomend this or the schecter c-7 atx?

  • I mean where did u get it that cheap?

  • Hey dude how much did the guitar cost?and what is the difference between EMGs 81 and those pickups?btw nice review an playing:)

  • Tone wise, I'm not doubting that the Jeff Loomis sig. can make a great tone, but it was lacking a bit on your end. I don't know your set-up or anything but in my opinion I think you should use a bit less gain and treble, and more bass to get a more "chunky" tone. (unless it's just your camera) I love this guitar and am extremely envious of you. I'm also glad you're not one of those people who don't know what they're talking about when it comes to guitar. Great review, and cheers!

  • good review.

  • it's actually a set neck not a neck through i have this guitar too though its pretty awesome.
