JANUARY 10, 2012 - I made a festive and creative dish tonight. I am just calling it "Pork & Sauce" for simplicity. I made it from sliced pork sirloin, coated in Ranch Dressing and flour, then browned in hot oil. I then baked it in Cream of Chicken soup mix, along with freshly minced onion and herbs. I made a quick and clumsy video of the process. Hope you enjoy! It was not my best work, but it was fun.
