I recommend moving the plate to the back of the ramp. It will get smashed where it is.

Hi Chad, very nice trailer, I'm dying to see what your going to be hauling home in it! take care of you back...

The fan shroud is pretty important. it allows the fan to pull the heat properly, hence the design of it (about the size of the fan itself).

Looks great!

Wow, what a nice trailer! Don't forget to practice backing up with the trailer hitched up, in case a situation arises where you need to back it up.
Also pleeeease lubricate the car door hinges before I go crazy, LOL.

I would recommend air shocks for the marquis. That way they would be adjustable for each load.

@duffy630 It actually had air shocks from the previous owner but they had completely sagged down and I had regular ones put on it...I may need to look at getting better shocks/springs on it.

just a little tip: when you put the load on the axle, you have to take care that the load won`t slide in your trunk when you do an emergency break. Believe it or not: most people don`t do it and they regret it later

@19FD89 I always have put ratchet straps on the cargo to keep it from moving around...you're right, a lot of cargo in trucks and trailers I see is not secured very well.

Nice trailer. It seems weird for you to have something new, seeming as everything (or most things) you have are "retro" or "old".

@talldude123 You're right! But I was looking at used trailers and they were priced almost as much as I bought my new one for, plus the dealer took care of the title and registration for me.
