So I was walking down the street one day when a ninja came up to me and was like hey you wanna be a ninja i was like yeah sure why not so he took me to a secret bar to have drinks so his pet rabbit could interview me then suddenly a bunch of robot nazi zombies came at us and i tried to run away but i got bitten by a zombie and killed the ninja's pet rabbit and the ninja was sad so he took out an arrow and threw it at me and i can't be a ninja anymore because i took an arrow to the knee :\

arrow was only fired at 3/4 power, even then what power was the box used? Im pretty sure I would be confident at being able to deflect an arrow loosed from a 30lb bow or less, however one coming a 50lb bow+ then you may as well take it to the knee...

@AtrophyOffline Jamie Hyneman is actually a trained archer...But the myth wasn't that a Ninja could dodge an arrow, so much as it was a ninja could catch an arrow under the best possible circumstance's.
