  • Great cymbal!

What crash was closest to the hats?

Oh and I also have a request for the Meinl Byzance Traditional 21'' Medium Ride and the Traditional 14'' Medium Hats,

    Thanks!

  • @poojy15 Thanks for the request, we will certainly add this cymbal to our production list. Please remember that the purpose of these videos is to demonstrate the characteristics of an individual cymbal, the EXACT cymbal you will receive! All cymbals vary in weight and sound and MyCymbal takes the guess work out of buying online. Buy with confidence!

The crash cymbal is a Meinl 18" Byzance Traditional Thin Crash Cymbal.

  • Could you guyss plzzzzzzz do make videos for 21 inch meinl byzance medium crash, 22 inch meinl byzance medium crash, and 24 inch meinl byzance medium ride. I would really appreciate itt!!!!

  • @CaptainRoflCopter Gillespie fan much? ;)

  • these Byzance medium thin/medium cymbals are Amazing!! but they Crack Easily when you play Hardrock/metal and I play That kind of music! I have Broken 3 Byzance Crashes about in 2months and I decided to stop bying those crashes However I Love the sound of those! now I have to play with mb20 and they have lasted A long time! but still byzance's sound is better for me :O

  • nice glasses Tom, ;)

  • Tom is such a beast.

  • Would this go well with the byzance 22" heavy ride? I'd use the ride as my main crash as well as ride and this as a secondary ride and am wondering if it'd compliment it well? I play pretty much every style of music, from metal to pop, funk to jazz, etc. I was also considering the 18" byzance medium thin crash, but was afraid it'd be too much of a difference in sound..

    Thanks!

  • @hiimtucker Any cymbal can be a crash or a ride!!!

  • @oscu I'm no pro, but cymbals should not crack so easily. You sure there isn't a technique issue? The cymbal angle isn't off?

  • what's the durability like on these? for playing metal and stuff?

  • @CaptainRoflCopter another fan of aaron gillespie's equipment? ;D

  • sounds... trashy :I

  • @Rock52Drummer forever if you know how to hit em

  • @oscu those cymbals are about the hardest to break of any rock/hardcore cymbals.. advice, not to be a know-it-all.. I don't know you, but quit killing your cymbals! If you hit them right, they won't break, regardless of how hard your stroke is!! these cymbals are not cheap ;) good luck
