In his documentary "Full Scale", Jeff Crispi, a California filmmaker recently diagnosed with cancer, strives to lose 100 pounds in less than a year, using methods alternative to most of American culture. But while improving his physical and mental health are the primary goals, he also interviews faith leaders, fitness and medical professionals, and a cross section of the young and mature, in search of what it means to be complete in mind, body, and spirit.
