329FM001 with interesting end of QSO.

I make a qso, you hear the frequency is silent. At the end the of the qso listen to the voice "Simon you do this deliberate" Yes, they make an activation, but you hear silence on the frequency... Freeband is Freeband, not licensed and based on courtesy. This frequency was silent, so can be used. Before my qso, the same 329FM001 made 4 qso and was there 20 minutes talking and nothing was told, i speak 1 1/2 minutes and am told off (Guess not understand Czech or would have been told to get stuffed maybe?). So, guess will receive another email telling me off. But, frequency is silent there is no rules to say you cannot have a qso.... Or is there??? What is interesting, afterwards many make calls 304PG, 30AT and not once were they told off, nothing mentioned. And then they make qsy the activation to 570. Personal was the reason of the comment, not anything more or less

Yes Indeed. Some people not know when to quit and turn there VFO. I forgot, some people think a certain group own the frequencies and loan them to us
