Urmm..But they did dance didn't they? Also, the music was played over the station's PA, so there must have been an understanding between the authoritaaaaays and them dancers. LOGIC.

No it's not a shock of the people. a station is not a place to dance! The Belgian Railways might not give permission to let dance a couple of stupids in the station-hall!
