If you want to stop making divorce lawyers rich, then divorce mediation is the perfect alternative.

Well, you said it yourself... your husband REFUSED to do mediation, which is his right.

This is what often happens, with one spouse refusing to play along out of spite.

And it is most often the non-working WOMAN who perpetrates this, because they want to join the ranks of the gold digging "first wives club" thanks to CA law.

The divorce laws in CA are stupid, punitive, promote aggression, destroy lives, sabotage future marriages, and make lawyers wealthy.
