Very nice stirling engines! I belive they have many potencial, speccialy on our polluted days... Do you know houw much power (HP or watts) does it produce? Tkx and post more videos like this! XD (sorry some bad words in english... :S)

Great to see them going. I like the fact that the Rider compresses the hot space, unlike other Stirling displacer types. Therefore the crankcase doesn't have to be pressurized to get good heat transfer from a compressed fluid. This engine type deserves more attention. It's been confused with the Riger Erickson for too long.

I like the video, I'm looking for a rider ericson hot air pumping engine that has a capacity of 1000 gallons per hour, do you know which pump has that capacity?

how much water will the honda pump? the 10 inch rider will pump 3500 gallons of water an hour at at 80-110 rpm
how much hp? is it very efficientcompared to say a 4stroke gas engine of same power?

The smallest Honda water pump will move the same amount of water as the large Rider pump and will run on ethanol, but the Rider will run on corn cobs.

Very nice Rider Ericsson, 6" inch? is it running on the wood fire or is it running on gas? Very nice engine!

To my surprise both of the 6" Riders actually have a 5.750 D. bore. Both of the engines were designed to run on coal, we used small wood scraps. The closest engine is of Riders original design with a rubber roller water pump. I rebuilt the pump by refacing the roller seats and replacing the hardened distorted rubber rollers with new plastic rollers.
