Gothic 3 - 8800 GTX - 1800x1440 16xAF

Here is a demo of how Gothic 3 runs on the 8800 GTX. I have the resolution set to 1800x1440 and 16xAF enabled, but for some reason I don't understand I couldn't enable AA no matter what I tried. Fraps gimps actual FPS. I wanted to show how smoothly it would play without 3rd party software getting in the way. The purpose of the video was not image quality.

Yeah, this game is really popular in poland ^^ I can tell because I lived in Poland, and everyone had this game (even me ^^) So peace to all Gothic Fans ;) This game rox, it's the best cRPG I've ever played

@TheMetalHeadGr Better than what? The 9600GT is faster than the 9800GT. And the 8800GTX beats them both. There's a big difference between GT and GTX/GTS models.

People who don't know better always bitch about game killing glitches in this game, and yet i have found none. But then i played sacred 2, which the critics liked better, AND I CAN'T EVEN GET THE GAME TO RUN FOR LONGER THAN TEN MINUTES! I HAVE EVEN HAD TO INSTALL PATCHES FOR IT OFF ANOTHER HARD DRIVE SINCE THEY WON"T WORK IF ITS ON THE SAME HARD DRIVE. It looks like it could be a good game if i get it to work, but its definitely buggier than Gothic 3.
