The whole point of the shuttle was to have a reusable spacecraft. Now all of the sudden NASA doesn't want the shuttle anymore. I realize a lot of stock has been thrown into the Constellation program but it seems like a step backwards. Why can't you have a reusable space/moon ship. To a layman like me Apollo was an awesome ship but it was a one time kind of a deal. One Apollo spacecraft per moon misson.
