Beautiful Jenday but you really shouldn't let him bathe a sink that is used for washing hands and brushing teeth and so on. Traces of soap and toothpaste etc can be harmful to conures

@mirling1 actually it depends on the type of bird. If you have a bird thats from somewhere like a rainforest or somewhere tropical, they usually tend to LOVE water. however there are a few birds that do not like the water.
