Sheila E's performance on Solid Gold in the mid 80's. Her posse is an eclectic group, to say the least. The one guy dressed in red tries to play the part of Prince, whose voice is obviously heard in this recording.

On two different occasions in the performance, Sheila E walks down from the stage to mingle with the crowd- something I had never seen happen on Solid Gold beore.

i've seen that when i was a kid, in a short run of solid gold over here in germany, i remembered it, typed it in, and voila'...wow, takes me WAAAYYBACK...good feelings...but the AD SUCKS...!

@zarcon85- Indeed, the ad does suck. I lost the old VHS tape from which I made this digital copy, so, until I find it again and make another digital w/o the ad, this will just have to do. Just enjoy it for what it is until then.

Ummmm how about if you GO TO "SOUND ENGINEERING AS THEY APPLY TO VISUAL ELEMENTS" CLASSES! It's hard to enjoy any "face value" images when the audio is POOR, and you may be just that...POOR! So, apply for classes and some financial aid, scholarships,etc.,buy some equipment to practice, and STUDY how the pros do this sort of thing. IDIOT! That's like watching a movie, or going to a concert with NO EFFECT TO IT. Now you go and "FUCK OFF!"
