i found out that i had asthma when i was born...i never cried, and because i never cried, i didn't get the air right away that i was supposed to get. way back, ppl would give their children a spanking when they were born right away to keep them from getting asthma. Now i have it. when i was younger, about 3 and 4, i often came to the hospital for oxygen (palmacort and comivent) and i would call it my present... :)

Can't wait for the day when science finally finds a cure! Asthma's held me back from doing many things (nothing major but it still limits what I can do) I use a technique to try and naturally strengthen the airways when they close up by doing this: Stop and try to lower the pulse rate. Then take a rapid, but deep breath in and cough out hard and rapidly (but only once). I repeat until my airways have opened up and I breathe normally again. I only need to do this during hard laughing and exercise

@sketchsi you cant just get Autism its something that you are born with or develop as a result of low oxygen levels or other such injuries.

IMPORTANT:For your childrens protection. Vaccinations contain, many chemicals and also animal tissue, which can cause CANCER,ASTHMA,TUMOURS,AUTISM,O
BESITY and much more..Same with vitamin k,which contains brake fluid and is a big cause of asthma, vitamin K is like BLEACH.Doctors get 50pound for every vaccine they give, and use FEAR as a tactic for people to take them.Do your research, ingredients. If you ignore this, you will hav blood on your hands.RESEARCH GOOGLE: "VACCINATION INGREDIENTS": -

Pretty good animations. But how come triggers dont ALWAYS give you asthma? How do they explain late onset asthma - or childhood asthma that goes away? Why do the airways want to clog up or constrict? How can swimming affect triggers? Is laughing too hard a trigger? Running around? Sleeping?
