November 2007, after a long time losing contact, a good friend from Taiwan finally found my dad.

March 2008, my dad traveled to Taiwan, and they met again. This took place near Dan Shui He (Dan Shui River).

I can't really translate the lyrics to the real meaning since I don't know much about this language, but this is the best I can do.

As I walk by the riverside of Dan Shui He
The cold, cold rain beating gently upon my face
The flickering light afar shines upon our story
Such an indistinct moment, long ago...

As I walk by the riverside of Dan Shui He
The cold, cold wind blows upon my face
Passing by the crowded, busy street
I can't bear to leave

Embrace me farewell before I leave
The unforgettable riverside of Dan Shui He
As the cold wind blows and the raindrops fall
I leave you ever so slowly...

  • Love this song ~ Makes me feel calm ^^

    Good job shio shio ^^

  • You should upload this song, along with some of your other recent songs, to your Soundclick site so I can download them. =D But you should make a CD so I could buy it, instead of stealing it.

  • I think they speak a whole bunch of stuff in Malaysia....or was that Singapore, anyways, there are 24% Chinese living in Malaysia according to Wikipedia so she could be Chinese too :)

  • You sing Chinese? Wow, your talents never end xD! Beautiful song, btw.
