You don't have to go all the way down on the back extension. That can hurt you back just as much as going to far up.

scott on the pull up station there is the same as you are doing it and also hand grips sticking out towards you (at a 90 degree angle to how your doing it here)
is this working out the back to?

@vitoscaleto22 I mean as you come down, get a nice stretch in the lats for a couple seconds, really focus on the negative, and put your chest out. Elbows must be on the sides.

@solarwile Yeah right! So if it was all about stretching you didn't have to do pull ups, just stay down and stretch and your muscle will grow :D
