  • You don't have to go all the way down on the back extension. That can hurt you back just as much as going to far up.

  • His "breath out" sounds like the drums high hat ;D

  • scott on the pull up station there is the same as you are doing it and also hand grips sticking out towards you (at a 90 degree angle to how your doing it here)

    is this working out the back to?

  • @vitoscaleto22 I mean as you come down, get a nice stretch in the lats for a couple seconds, really focus on the negative, and put your chest out. Elbows must be on the sides.

  • @solarwile Yeah right! So if it was all about stretching you didn't have to do pull ups, just stay down and stretch and your muscle will grow :D

  • used to do the back extension untill i started doing deadlift :D

  • @ColmM36 i think like 5' 10"

  • @vitoscaleto22 to stretch your lats more, otherwise it's biceps primary
