The product is great much more stable than others on the market and for the price amazing!!! You do need to follow the steps carefully @xx 7866 plus most companies would experience customer service issues over the festive/deal period @andreasax...with over tens of thousands of customers worldwide its a shame not to see all the positive remarks the company have done very well with a demanding market.

@SuperJonesy24 there are alot of needed questions answered frist....did u crash it at all? Are you sure you had a full charge? Try re-charging,& double check that the charger plug it in the wall correctly..when plugging battery in to heli..make sure connection is made.lemme know how you make out

Got mine for christmas on a groupon deal, started using it for 15 minutes and then it just died.Thought it was the battery charge but after replacing and charging the batteries it doesn't fly. it appears to connect to the controller but no fly any ideas anyone?
