  • This stream is down by Rushford, MN. I don't give away my secret spots but there is a couple nice cricks in that area where you can get into some nice trout. If you check out the MN DNR website they have a nice map of the SE MN trout streams as well as the regulations for every stream. Whitewater is another nice area for trout fishing. Not sure if your familiar with that area but it is about 15 miles north of St. Charles.

  • Thanks, I would recomend using spinners, worms, or rapalas depending on how big and fast the water is. If you find a big hole with not much movement in the water, worms would work good. If you get into some faster water try a rapala or a spinner. 10lb test might be kind of heavy, try to use a 4 or 6lb test, it makes casting a lot easier. Good Luck

  • nice video. i live in MN but i have never been trout fishing. i was wondering, with just a spinning reel, 10lb line, how can i catch trout? i heard they hit live worms but im not really sure... any tips for me man?
