It's full DP.
When you kill monsters you receive DP, When it reaches 4000 you get that aura.
If you die you loose it and if you disconnect for more than 5 minutes you also loose it.
Some really powerful skills use like 2000-4000 DP.

Why does he have that glowy aura around him? Is it from the armor or some pvp status like the "Hero" in Lineage II?

Idk I like WoW better then Aion. Aion was pretty beast at the beginning but when I got to the Abyss I just hated it.

@Ealija What the fuck does the races have to do with this arguement dumbass. If we're arguing races then, you have 6 race options per faction, Second if you are looking at both "horde and alliance" then you have to look at both monster play and normal, in which case you have human, elf, hobbit, dwarf, orc, spider, warg, and uruk. Not to mention the different kinds of each, there are 2 different orcs and uruks. so thats a total of 10 races in lotro, so the difference is barely there. 10 vs 12.
