Yeah, comments and reports in the midst of a crisis are pretty unreliable. There were reports that day of bombs in the NY Stock Exchange and bombs in the U.S. Capitol building. The United Nations complex was evacuated because of reports of bombs. Just like the reports of bombs or "secondary devices" at the twin towers, these were all rumors.
