THE GOLDEN RATIO 1/4

ADNAN OKTAR HARUN YAHYA 1.618

What do the pyramids in Egypt, Leonardo da Vinci's portrait of the Mona Lisa, sunflowers, the snail, the pine cone and your fingers, all have in common?

The answer to this question lies hidden in a series of numbers discovered by the Italian mathematician, Leonardo Fibonacci. The characteristic of these numbers, known as the Fibonacci numbers, is that each one is the sum of the preceding two numbers.

Fibonacci numbers have an interesting feature. When you divide one number in the series by the number before it, you obtain numbers very close to one another.

In fact, this number is fixed after the 13th in the series and is known as the "Golden Ratio."

The examples of the golden ratio exist in our own bodies and in all living things in nature, are just a few of the proofs that God has created all things with a measure.

  • think of it, is it more beautiful to see a gradual change over time or is it better to assume god just popped everything into existence? god may have started it all, but it doesnt mean he intervenes, there is no evidence of him intervening. ask yourselves why do a white man and a black man look so astoundingly different. it is through natural selection and adaptation to their environment. if they were seperated long enough they could have been completely different species.

  • Fairly sure the golden ratio != 0.25

  • @berbatovinho77 No it's not they are completely different, not following religion is "knowing" that you are a divine being connected to Source. BeLIEving is handing your power over to another who you beLIEve has more truth than you do. Religion has no place in sacred geometry and the golden ratio religion it is merely enslavement of the mind. Buddhism and Hinduism are philosophies not religions. Peace.

  • @Yuudai dude atheism isnt a belief system... get that through ur head. u are an atheist towards budha, krishna, jesus. not believing is not same as belief.

  • @berbatovinho77 I'm not sure but i that was like deism where God started hasn't intervened, leaving the whole machine to run on its own.... also akin to Clock work universe theory Newton once feared that it may lead to atheism.

  • @droidBasher 0,25 = 1/4, next part 2/4, them 3/4...last and not the least 4/4 = 1

  • @droidBasher Not sure if that's a joke or you're just stupid.

  • This is so wow! I was an atheist before seeing this video about the golden ratio, but now I think I'm going to go and become a Christian!

  • for example, a dolphin and a shark are completely different biochemically, differ in their internal reproductive systems, and also eating habits. but their codies are nearly the same. one is mammal the other is not how can this be? its through natural selection that the ones that with more hydrodynamic bodies survived throughout milenia and ended up with a very useful body under water. this does not imply that a creator created these bodies just for use in water.

  • i believe that a god or a higher being may have created the universe with set ratios and constants but that in no way implies that it was allah, jehovah, budah, scientology god, god of the american indians, krishna,or any other mythical figure. all these religions use the same patterns found in nature to prove that their religion is right. as a former biology student and a current biomedical engineer nature selects for more favorable traits and these can be seen as patterns.
