  • @dollaveet- I'm the clueless dude in this video. My coffee shop boss ordered me to do this with no preparation, no payment, no script and in one take. Since I'm naturally nervous in front of a camera I left out a few steps, and I absolutely agree with your tips. I was asked to do this because I was the best barista that this shop had at the time, I never intended for anyone to get the wrong idea about latté preparation, I'm sure that drink tasted awful.

  • PLEASE DO NOT DO ANYTHING THIS VIDEO SAYS!!!

It's people like this guy that are responsible for bad barista practices. No tamper, leaving the coffee in the machine to burn while you do your milk... Don't scream milk like that!!! ... didn't bleed the steam wand before starting to steam the milk- you end up squirting water into your milk (gross!) ... didn't pre-heat the cup before starting this whole procedure. Those shots look terrible- they ran too fast, and only ran for 17 seconds.

  • SOme of the things that youve stated and done are strange there...coffee will burn after 3 seconds...some of your milk texturising was fair comment...have you tried using your hand to measure the temp?..you couldnt do anything fansy in the coffee with a jug with that spout...and no spooning!!!just pour off the extra microfoam

  • Some say you shouldn't introduce air to the milk when it is already hot, first introduce air and then warm up the milk. and don't place the portafilter filled w coffee for a long time before pour it because it will get burn. but i'm no expert, so thanx for the video and sorry for my english.
