I'm preparing a full review of the 1000HE. The choice between the 900HA and the 1000HE comes down to...
You'll find out next Monday. :)

thanks for the reply.
i'm now considering buying a 1000HE and i heard really good things about it. newegg has it for less than $400 and i think it's a good choice.

Sorry for the delay. I was busy with the Salon Son & Image videos.
I didn't check the battery life or if all the drivers were installed. But what needed to work properly did work properly.
I also install Windows 7 on an Asus RS100-X5/PI2 rackmount server, and everything is working properly. I've even edited my Salon Son & Image video on it, and was impressed with the performance.
If Microsoft doesn't screw this up before the release, I'm definitely buying Windows 7 when it comes out.

I forgot to mention that i will keep the xp on it though. not planning on putting win 7.

Did you ever get the all the drivers and everything to work properly now? How's the battery life on win 7 if you get everything working.
I plan on buying a netbook and this is a good choice, priced currently at $300 at newegg. What do you think? Thanks in advance.
how do you know if wifi is working? i formatted mine to windows 7 ultimate. im worried that my wifi wont work again. i really need your reply asap. thanks!

@eXDi07 Try connecting to your Wi-Fi at home or on a Wi-Fi hotspot. Heck, you don't even need to connect to anything! If Windows 7 can at least see a network ID, it works!
BTW, did you actually purchase Windows 7 Ultimate for a netbook? That's overkill. At most, Windows 7 Professional should have been more than enough for business use.
