Notice the plastic on the floor, scary don't you think? No wonder they sang like their life depended on it.

@inachu True, but there is good and bad propoganda, and then there is INSANE propoganda.
-
Yes it is. Tradition is a light form of brain washing. Doing things for certain reasons.

I visited the very same kindergarden in October 2009. I recon it was the most shocking part of my whole visit to North Korea. Here is a footage I made: /watch?v=dnNnLa7Lee8&feature=g

wow thats a cultural difference it has nothing to do with propaganda teaching.

I"m not saying that's the most desirable thing but at least it's way better than watching them burn with their Families an homes by the millions under the U.S.A. NAPALM attacks. If we wanna get our facts straight first we must watch into History. Perhaps that Government acts out of paranoia and it's a way of keeping their people together but I might be wrong !

This video would be better if I had the slightest idea what they were singing.
It's quite sad to witness all those children unable to experience life outside North Korea

When you think about it. All and any school is propaganda made so that children can learn to operate in the fashion that their nation desires them to.
Take a japanese child to an american school and watch how he fails and gets laughed at when leaving his shoes at the classroom door. watch usa child fail in japanese school as kids tease him for keeping shoes on.
