YES! I have another video on YouTube with that procedure- search my name and axillary breast augmentation with the Keller Funnel- but the size of the implant needs to be on the smaller side through that incision to be sure not to cause damage to the implant. For larger implants, you can still do the axillar incision, but the scar needs to be pretty large- maybe not worth it. Come in and we can discuss, and size you and see what would work best for you!

dr brandy, i was thinking about coming to see you soon for an consultation but i have a question can you do the same procedure (armpit) with silicone?

The patient is asleep when she is having the surgery, so she does not feel any pain. During surgery, local anesthetic is placed in the pocket so when she wakes up, there is minimal pain. The muscles feel sore, like a strong workout.

the girl inside of me is saying oh wow they look so cute
and the guy is lelling out damn i want those sexy ass boobs for my self!!!
Dr. Bandy, I'm curious, can the incision be reopened to inject more saline if the patient so wishes? Also, does the patient lose feeling in her aerolas or any of the surrounding breast skin tissue?
Thank you.

Saline implants have a fill volume specific for that implant, so when the implants are placed, they are filled to the appropriate fill volume. You can over fill the implants, but doing so on a secondary surgery will void the warranty, and will make the implants feel hard. Doing this through an axillaryy incision is challenging, and runs the high risk of implant deflation, so it is not recommended. The risk of loss of sensation is lowest through this incision or the incision under the breast.

@OriginalTeeThomas Actually it does. The website is: DrBandy.com. There is no period/dot between Dr and Bandy. Also, make sure you didn't type "Brandy" as there is no "R" in Bandy. Good luck and enjoy our website.
