Wearing jewelry is such a sensual experience. The sense of touch, sight and even sound is inherent to the wearer's response to a piece of jewelry. Of course the experience of making jewelry involves the same senses so the wearer and jeweler are linked in this way.

For this video, I liked the idea of overlaying the beauty of items from designer jewelry collections featured on my blog, Splendor: A Celebration of Jewelry Designers, with some of the world's top beauties wearing stunning jewelry. For me, whether a necklace dangles from the neck of a famed actor or stands alone, first and foremost a great design will always get my attention.
