dude first you kinda look like fred flintstone bowling, second your too stiff at your release point relax some and if you want more revs its all about how you wrist snaps at the end of your release
not bad. try to bring your back swing back a little more and try not to force the ball up. kindof a smooth follow through. You'll find that the ball moves faster, reacts better and your shoulder and or back want start hurting after a lot of games.
