Puck, Oberon and Titania playing with me and each other during out time in my living room.

7-27-09 My beloved white ferret Oberon passed away today, in my arms, with his head against my heart. He was the absolutely sweetest little guy. Never ever biting and always ready for a short cuddle. I will miss him enormously.
4-21-11 Puck (the one in the red tent who plays from the hiding position) joined his buddy Oberon this morning. He had a long and joyful life as shown in the videos posted. He was my very first ferret, quite a rascal at first hence the name. He passed in my arms this morning knowing he was beloved by me and giving his love and trust back to me as best he could.

  • aww i'm so sorry about your ferret, my rabbit passed away the same day

  • Well Kandy, I'm very sorry for you too. I hope you enjoyed my vid enough to make your heart a little lighter. Thanks for checking out my sweet littles.

  • This might be a stupid question but, what do you feed them????

  • SirChadwic,

There are many speciality foods on the market for ferrets. They are mainly carnivores with short digestive systems so they need a high quality concentrated protein diet designed for them. I feed my dog, cat and ferrets Innova EVO made by Natura. They have a special blend for each different animal. Best I could find and the animals thrive on it. They also get small doses of ferret specific treats daily. Thanks for asking.

  • Awesome lil' critters. Look like they could be quite the handful! :)

  • Rene, thanks for looking in. They are an exteremly pleasant handful if they get their regular playtime. Very social little critters and they don't care what size the critter is that they socialize with. Me or my dog, cat or each other. I think they'd socialize with an elephant if they could. They are fearless and that can get them into trouble. Love 'em all and they love me right back.

  • He was actually playing with Puck in the tent. When he got to the couch he and Titania (my only girl pet) started to play gotcha with each other.

  • My favorite part was Oberon flying out of the tent and leaping onto the couch to play with Puck. I have never seen him move so fast! Thanks for sharing your cuties!

  • Glad you enjoy them. They are little thieves and the first thing they steal is your heart.

  • I knew about California but not New England. All of the states up there? It's a shame because they have been domesticated for thousands of years and have had the wild instinct for survival bred out. If set free they would try to find a burrow but would probably die of starvation. They know how to play but not how to hunt.
