It is pretty annoying. The game has so much bullshit that Codemasters missed. They didn't really "test" it very thoroughly.

@Kenjineering you know what I appreciate about ofp2 more than being able too look around while flying a helicopter and crashing? Being able to look 6 km away without getting any lag at all! yaaay! which is a good thing since island is 30x20 km! And that's pretty big, I mean you can fit over 5 times maps that other war simulators brings :-0

uhmm, no shit.

I'm CLEARLY talking about having the freedom to move your head independently when you are the pilot (as you do in ARMA2). He HAD to switch from pilot TO co-pilot to gain independent head movement. I didn't bother mentioning it in my original post because I thought it was a bloody OBVIOUS consideration.

What do you think would happen if you had no AI co-pilot to take over the pilot seat when you switch seats? In this scenario would U say this is a usable head movement?
