This is a video on how to light water on fire.

What you need to do is bring water to 193 degrees Fahrenheit (+-one degree).

Then add a little tiny bit of sugar and a little tiny bit of this stuff called pan-searing flour.

Light it, and watch what happens.

This experiment is For All Kids, Everywhere!

(with parental supervision, that is)

I realize that I said "boil" it to 193 or 195. I know that the boiling point of water is 212 degrees Fahrenheit. Jeez, I'm basically a freakin' scientist if you couldn't tell from this video, I know that basic information.
