When police pull your dumbass over and tell you to get on the ground, you get on the damn ground and don't move or else, you expect to be tasered. Police don't know what kind of person he is or if he has a gun/kife in his back pocket. Stop making excuses for him.Admit that he fucked up. Do I think it's fair, now that he's sitting in jail without knowing when a hearing is? No. but tis is what you get.

@Addictions998 Give me a fucking break! 1. you cannot ''bump'' a car without realizing it unless you werea idiot. 2. when a cop has his lights and sirens on, you pull over. also, why is the car smoking? that's not a simple ''pull over''. he got what he deserved with a tase. he is a punk that endagered lives.HOWEVER, i disagree with the amount of force they gave him along with dicking him around in jail.

Jordan "bumped" (zero damage to police car) a police car while backing out his Dads conversion van out of a parking lot (the police car was partially blocking the only exit.) = First charge 245 Felony Assault with a Deadly Weapon
Unaware that he had even made contact with the police car he drove toward his girlfriends house = 2nd charge Hit and Run, leaving the scene...
When the police cars came down on him, he did not pull over right away = 3rd charge Felony Evading.
