Thanks to juicing I'm losing inches. It sounds like an infomercial, but I've noticed that my clothing is baggy. I'm sure I'm losing inches around my waist, thighs and chest areas.
Juicing is getting monotonous, don't know how longer I'll continue juicing only...thinking about incorporating solid fruit and still juice for one or two times a day. Just thinking out loud.

As for as my itchy breakout, seems like it's pretty normal. Check out this video by 31VeggieBurgers. The itching subsided after about a day or so.

Congratulations on your jeans falling off you, that definitely is a non-scale victory. You're doing great and if you have to take a break from juicing then do veggies and beans or at least something healthy until you're ready to go back to juicing. Keep up the great work.....and btw...monotonous is a word :)
