By making a sound that all the cameras and recorder can hear (I used the marker sound from the "Free Slate" app on my iPhone, but you could clap your hands for the same result), you now have a reference that you can link up in post. Just line up the waveforms on you timeline where you see the spike--which is the clap sound.
