8gb is not near enough that wouldnt even hold my music library much less my movies and vids i dont even see the point of having movies on touch it will just go dead before you finished

i'm having the same dilemma!
the ipod classic has much more space but from what ive heard its not very good overall (sound quality etc)
on the other hand, the ipod touch has WiFi and is much better overall, but has much less space than the classic but costs much more!
