Dina's Meal Plan (April 10, 2010):
Breakfast:
scrambled eggs (3 egg whites, 1 egg yolk), no butter, no oil
1 piece of whole grain toast, 1 tbsp of light jam, 1 tbsp natural peanut butter
Lunch:
tuna salad (1 can of tuna, 4 cups mixed greens, 2 tbsp vinaigrette dressing)
a fruit of your choice
Dinner:
4 oz chicken cooked in 1 tbsp olive oil
1/4 yam
1 cup veggies
