she's laughing at first cuz he's fake as hell, he tries imitating interviews he's seen but it's so mechanical that he doesn't know what he's doing "60 POUNDS?" "FOUR MONTHS?!" It's like he's just doing it cuz it seems like it would suit in that moment but not really knowing why he's doing it.
