The vehicle is not coding at all it is in a precession code 1,2,and 3 is for EMERGENCY responses

@osrx1 its ok, but however i know the basic, and in Canada codes are somewhat different... but the siren codes never change

Code 1 - No Emergency
Code 2 - Pre planned transport
Code 3 - No lights or Sirens
Code 4 - Lights and Sirens
Code 5 - Out of service / Person is obviously dead
Everything is different every where
