If you want to skip to the Air Conditioner part, it's at 2:40
This was taken while walking to my best friend's house. Sadly, when I walked back, I didn't get a real up-close video like I wanted due to a Siren beeping and someone yelling "Hey". Despite what I say in the Part 2, The Dog wasn't barking at me, but a VFW is right down the road and he might be looking for someone. I wasn't trespassing due to this house being for sale (I think someone is renting it, but am not sure, this house looks empty, but i've seen someone go inside and outside of it and sit on the front patio). Watch in HD. In Part 2, you'll hear the Beeping, and when I get about only 5 feet away from the Air Conditioner, the man starts yelling "HEY!" two times, before I "chickened out" and ran back to the road. Sorry.
btw, to the Air Conditioner itself. It's a 1990's Arcoaire. I wish it was a SnyderGeneral, because anything SnyderGeneral that still runs (as in Outdoor Unit or Indoor Unit) is something I want to catch on film of running, because I'm a Fan of SnyderGeneral. Sadly, this one was a Inter-City Products. I really didn't know that ICP continued SnyderGeneral's Circle Design. But I did know that ICP continued SnyderGeneral's RPJ Heat Exchangers. The RPJ Heat Exchanger line is still in use today (mainly in their 90% Efficient Furnaces, I think.) Spatsbear2 has a 1988 SnyderGeneral with a RPJ Heat Exchanger.
btw, for the ones who are wondering, SnyderGeneral was the first company to come up with the RPJ Heat Exchanger. But SnyderGeneral went out of business in 1994, being sold to a Maylasian Company and Renamed SnyderGeneral as "McQuay-American Air Filter" as McQuay (McQuay Chillers) and American Air Filter was made by SnyderGeneral until SnyderGeneral was bought. McQuay and American-Air-Filter (AAF) is now part of Daikan, while Comfortmaker and Arcoaire is part of ICP (International Comfort Products). SnyderGeneral originally made Comfortmaker and Arcoaire, as well as bought out McQuay, and Bought American-Air-Filter in 1988.
SnyderGeneral's Red Bud, Illinois Factory at 401 Randolph Street, Red Bud, Illinois has since been sold to a Company called "Integrated Manufacturing Technologies" or IMT for short, a company that makes steel stuff and workstations, etc. For More Information, visit Integrated Manufacturing Technologies website at: http://www.imt-mfg.com/
According to the Realtor's Website, This House is still for sale. This house is from the 1800's, has a "Antique" Chandalier in the Living Room, and everything else. But I think someone's renting it, and if I see the person Renting it, I may ask them if I could get close to it and see when this unit was made!
Also, I don't think this house had Air Conditioning before this Arcoaire. This Arcoaire I think is either coupled with a Gas Furnace or something. I think the house has a Fireplace or Boiler due to the Long Chimney pipe, but may be the Furnace Exhaust from a 80% Efficiency Furnace. 90% Efficiency Furnaces have PVC Pipes and have Two Pipes that go outdoor, One for Exhaust, the other for Fresh Air Intake.
EDIT: This House does have Gas Heat. I remember reading that on the "Take One" Pamphlet in Part 2. This house has 80% Efficient Gas Heat. More than Likely the Furnace is made by Arcoaire (or Inter-City Products)

@xctome I tried to upload it, but its to Long. I really don't know how to edit out like 7 minutes and 15 seconds of a Video using Windows Movie Maker on Windows 7 (because I am not a Video/Photo Editing type person) but can you show me? I know you've done it on one of your videos. (The one on the Unboxing of your New Laptop)

@1912RamblerFan01 Actually it is not, due to the Length of it. I'll try to edit some out to make it like 2 Minutes Long, just cut right to the Part where I get there, then after leaving i'll edit some out, so it might be a little weird (i've never cut some part of a video out before)

@1912RamblerFan01 wow 20 minutes long! r u uploading it now?
xctome 7 months ago
@xctome Its Uploading. Part 2 is Twenty Minutes Long, and you don't see the A/C until 9 minutes in. Yea, I chickened out. Next time I go to my friends house and my friend is there, then I'll try to get close to it. You have to understand that a VFW is right down the Street, and a Motorcycle pulled into the VFW when I started to walk up to the A/C, so it could have been the guy on the Motorcycle looking for somebody. But I still don't know why those Sirens went off in Part 2.
