well i was expecting this because the iPhone 4's design is a nice design and probably apple doesn't want to switch off and come up with new designs every generation so they reuse it one more time but next gen should have a major difference. Still the 4S does have some new stuff so it is up to the individual if they want to upgrade or not. Either way siri is pretty cool
