Marshfield, MO, attorney Emily A. Prestidge caught on tape knowingly violating attorney/client privilege and making false accusations against her own client. Hear Emily A. Prestidge repeat as fact patently false allegations made by Loraine R. Kusior - a member of the opposing side. You must be listening to one of two (2) recording on "Little House of Lies," instead. On that site, there is a recording of the child telling that his grandmother and father, Anita Rolfe and Matthew Alan Rolfe-Thill, made him make the false allegations. The other recording on that site is of Lorraine R. Kusior trying to lie in court. The "Disbar Emily Prestidge" video on YouTube doesn't have a child's voice on it. Check your computer. Google, "Website 'for cowards' causes hurtful gossip."

Those that know the law are either in the good old boy system or they are outcast, and subject to malicious prosecution and railroaded in this corrupt system. It is not just in SW MIssouri. This is a serious ethics violation Emily has committed, and she should be disbarred, but in Missouri judicial corruption is a way of life. Tyrants continue to screw the people, charging and convicting innocent while they are immune from prosecution because our judicial system does not have many individuals with integrity in its ranks. That is why the Greene County jail, and I suspect most area jails have individuals incarcerated without justification. People who do not know the law is easy prey
