Pixel art: The tooth fairy visits young Nicholas

The recession is tough for everybody, even the bogeyman had to get a second part-time job.
Done in around 10 hours, spread over 3 days. 16 colors, 320X240.

It is an entry for a weekly challenge at PixelJoint.
The theme for the competition was "The tooth fairy", and the restrictions was 20 colors, with no canvas dimension restrictions.

i have tried photos...the cameralens cracks.... i tried PAINTING but she cant be looked at without getting your eyes burnt out BUT U MANAGE TO DRAW MY GRANDMOTHER PERFECT NICE JOB :D

wow... and and with only 20 colors... you sir have an amazing power over pixels. If you don't mind my asking, what program do you use for your pixel art? I use some basic program, not that a better program == better art. I'm just interested in something more serious. I'm also going to guess you use a tablet... which is just yet another thing on my wishlist :P
