Some tips for getting into shape for basketball include having the proper workout attire, running laps and mastering simple basketball drills. Try some simple exercises, such as suicide drills, to get in shape with this free video from a semiprofessional basketball player.

  • i can do it in 28,if topfit (which i'm not,i'm 10 pounds overweight) i can make it in 26

    But I must add,not all courts have the same size, so could depend on the court size. Any Guard should make it in 30. Cheers

  • Oo my gosh I loooove basketball but I'm not in shape I have a week before my school starts conditioning and I'm so scared! I'm going to run for two hours everyday before conditioning!

  • Its called a suicide and i can do it in 19 seconds in Boston college gym

  • how fast does this guy run suicides. He looked pretty speedy.

  • If someone can`t do one complete suicide he should quit ballin.. I do 30-50 sets suicides in one stamina practise.

  • our junior high coach is worse than our junior varsity/varsity coach. if we did anything wrong, we did bear crawls. up and down the court. THOSE THINGS SUCK
