  • Plant to cut is positive for the next few years, though I don't have the figure to hand.

    You're right, there's a conflict, as always between fuel and sink, but if we increase percentage forestry cover it can be a win win story

  • Also at what age do the trees qualify to be a carbon sink..finally it seems there are two opposing forces. 1 to use as fuel and 2 to have available as a carbon sink. The relevance of the plant to cut ratio becomes very important
