Hello. Do you mean the first song Helen Reddy Sang OR the First Song in the Album?? Well to answer both. The First Song(s) were Go, The Junkmans's Serenade, and One Way Ticket all Sang in 1968!! And the First Song in this Album is Optisium Blues.

The very first (truncated) song is "Woman in love". You can find it here, one of its performers is Barbra Streisand, but there is also a very good version in French by Mireille Mathieu.
