I think that the mysterious conical device with the center cut-out may be a piece of equipment for the female Galaxy players. They are most likely chest protectors designed to be worn on the inside of the jersey. But, that is just a guess. Why the nipple area is uncovered is anybody's guess. "vagisil". lol
