What i do is i get a baseball/softball and rub in on the side that hurts and put quite a bit of pressure on it.hope it helps :)

Cool, now I know why. But what if it hurts SO BAD that you can't even turn your neck because the pain is so severe?

Well i have a bad crick on the left side of my neck and a minor one on my right. How can I get rid of these I tryed the exercise no help.

i did it it worked on the sides.......but its soooooooooooo painful wen i put my head down.......wat do do wat to do

I hurt my neck while playing basketball for fun and now I have a stiff neck and it really hurts. I can't turn my head to the right. My dad told me how to get rid of it. And I'm still in pain. Now I tryed this and I'M still in so much pain. I don't know what to do anymore :(
